The pilot was first launched in December 2014 and was supposed to expire on July 31, 2020. The government decided to permanently implement this policy and <a href=\"https:\/\/schindlerconsulting.us19.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=9fc8b1bff633310f5215a381a&amp;id=2172a690d8&amp;e=227fc3c4e9\">has updated<\/a> the program delivery instructions.
