This immigration stream is one of the six temporary residence to permanent residence (TR to PR) pathways. The quota was met on July 18, more than two months after the program was originally launched. After the international graduates\u2019 stream, which was open for just 25 hours, it is the second program to fill up before the programs close on November 5.
