Based on statistics from all processing centres, this update provides a view of the current average LMIA processing times. It is important to note that the processing times have increased for all streams except the Permanent Residence stream.
- Global Talent Stream – 8 business days (+1 day)
- Agricultural stream – 19 business days (+6 days)
- Seasonal Agricultural Worker Program – 7 business days (+2 days)
- Permanent Residence Stream – 85 business days (-1 day)
- High-wage Stream – 52 business days (+1 day)
- Low-wage Stream – 57 business days (+3 days)
