Once your appointment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with this friendly reminder and all necessary links:

“To make the most of your consultation time and so we can get to know you better in advance, please provide the following information.”

Help Us Prepare for Your Consultation (as applicable) :
- Complete the Employer Evaluation Form .
- Complete the Applicant Evaluation Form .
- Complete the Sponsor Evaluation Form .

These forms help us tailor our support to your specific needs, ensuring a productive and personalized session.

We offer flexible consultation options to meet your needs, whether you’re inside or outside Canada, prefer online or in-person meetings, and speak English, Spanish, or other languages. We have interpreters available for French, German, and Russian (subject to availability).

Each session lasts 30 or 45 minutes.
