We also help Canadian citizens and permanent residents reunite with their spouses and partners through the family sponsorship process. We understand that these applications represent much more than paperwork—they represent families planning their future together. Our role is to provide clear guidance, careful preparation, and reliable representation throughout every stage of the process.
In addition, we assist eligible foreign nationals with permanent residence and Canadian citizenship processes, helping them establish long-term security and opportunity in Canada.

About Fernanda Gonzalez, RCIC
Fernanda Gonzalez is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of El Camino Immigration Services Inc. As a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), licensed foreign worker recruiter, and business advisor, she combines legal knowledge with extensive business experience to help employers, families, and individuals navigate Canada’s immigration system with confidence.
Before entering the immigration profession, Fernanda spent more than 20 years working in businesses and finance. This background enables her to understand the operational challenges Canadian employers face and develop immigration strategies that support both workforce needs and long-term business growth.
After immigrating to Canada in 2016, Fernanda specialized in Canadian immigration law by completing the Certificate in Immigration Law, Policies and Procedures at the University of British Columbia. She subsequently trained under a senior regulated immigration consultant before obtaining her RCIC licence in 2018. She later earned a Business Immigration Certificate from Ashton College and became licensed as a foreign worker recruiter in both British Columbia and Saskatchewan.
Today, Fernanda’s practice focuses primarily on assisting Canadian employers with workforce solutions and helping Canadian citizens and permanent residents reunite with their spouses and partners through family sponsorship. She also advises eligible clients pursuing permanent residence and Canadian citizenship.
Under her leadership, El Camino Immigration Services has successfully represented hundreds of clients while maintaining an excellent approval rate. The firm has also received multiple industry recognitions, including six consecutive years of awards from the Canadian Business Review Board and the ThreeBestRated® program, reflecting its commitment to professionalism and client service.
Fernanda also serves as a business advisor to Canadian entrepreneurs, helping employers understand how strategic immigration planning can support sustainable business growth while remaining compliant with Canada’s evolving immigration framework.
Her academic background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies, a Degree in International Commerce, a Diploma in International Finance, specialized education in Canadian immigration law and Business Immigration. This combination of business expertise and immigration knowledge allows her to provide practical, strategic advice tailored to each client’s objectives.
