The fraudulent documents, which typically cost genuine employers thousands to obtain legally from Employment and Social Development Canada, are being sold by scammers for up to $45,000 to desperate foreign nationals hoping to work in Canada. Agnihotri found her firm, Agnihotri Immigration Consulting Inc., listed as a third-party representative on documents she never processed, raising concerns about the scale of this deceptive practice.
